Embarking on a career in real estate in 1976, Dwain quickly established a strong reputation as a customer advocate one who practices the golden rule "customer service keep us in business and is the key to our own success.” By 1980, Dwain took his career to a new level by obtaining a Real Estate Brokers license. He soon became the co-owner of a major real estate franchise and mortgage brokerage company.
In late 1999 Dwain and his wife Beverly moved from Palmdale to Tehachapi for the natural beauty and the un-crowded country lifestyle. In 2000 he joined the team at Coldwell Banker Best Realty specializing in residential sales, investment properties and land. Within a very short time he garnered the following awards:
International Diamond Society, Presidents Circle of Honor, International Sterling Society and, year-in and year-out, Dwain been a consistent top producer since 2003.
